Saggy boobs after boob job and baby

I had my breast enlargement 2 years ago in March, I was an A and had 375cc they was really good and was pleased. Then I got pregnant last April and they went from bad to worse. They have gone extremely saggy and feels like there is no implant in there what so ever. I’m completely heartbroken as I had them done to boost my confidence andspent a lot of money and now I feel like I’m back at square one and have no idea what to do 🙁 just wondering if this has happened to anyone else?

Implants change the way they look just like normal boobs can with pregnancy, my PC and Surgeon both explained that pregnancy can have an impact on my implants, most people if wanting kids soon after having implants are normally advised to have children first then have implants xx
