Saline implants in London?

Hi all… I’m looking for a doctor or clinic that uses saline in London? I’m going for the glamour look, so I prefer the look and firmer feel of saline, but it seems very hard to find!

Saline are pretty much redundant in the UK as silicone is much safer and gives a much better look.

Well I think saline isn’t less safe than silicone 🙂

Silicone gives a more natural look, true, but I want the more obvious look, that’s why I like saline…!

No-one knows if anyone does saline in London?

Saline have a higher rate of rupture and if they do, your whole boob deflates. You’d find it very hard to find a surgeon in the UK who uses saline. Im going for a less natural look and that is achievable with silicone 🙂

You should be able to achieve the fake look with silicone, perhaps if you ask for upper high profile they are usually what they give people who want the really fake look. You may be able to get silicone that is slightly firmer rather than a more natural one…
