Hey hun, I know there are less of a risk of cc and rippling with under but the recovery is a lot worse than overs as you’ve cut the muscle so that’s got to heal as well and the pressure of your new assets!
I go to the gym quite a lot and I do both upper and lower but mainly lower, but I found out with unders, when your all healed and back at the gym, when your tensing your chest or arms the muscle in your chest can actually alter/change the look of your implant when tensing. So for me I chose overs as they can acruelly drop a lot more natural as the muscle can’t hold them up.
But honestly thats just what I found out and what my opinions are.
If you do mainly do lower or you don’t care if they change shape when you tense then go for it as there are a lot less of a risk with unders, just might be off for a bit longer than you originally thought 🙂 I hope I helped even a little bit lol xxx
