Sat outside…

Been outside the Manchester clinic for 20 minutes, my appointment is in 10 minutes and there is no one even in the clinic. Spoken to a lady from head office and she has no idea why there is no one here. Customer service and all that…

Oh no, thats not great !!

I had my surgeon app yest at 1930 finally got seen at 2045 ! But they were appolgetic and fed me tea and busciets lol.

any luck yet, anyone in sight ? xx

Bless them, the Christmas meal had been booked in between appointments and I think that they got a bit confused as to when my appointment was so had to cut the meal short- felt so bad!
Two lovely ladies turned up and made sure we were okay and had my consultation.
Excited for my surgeon consolation now!
How did your surgeon app go? I’m booked in with Mr Traynor in January. X
