Hi, I don’t know if anyone else has had this issue. I opened a savings account with MYA and was given a personal account number and sort code for me to put money in. I was told I could get this money back should I decide to not proceed with the surgery.
I am in desperate need of this money now due to a change in circumstances. I’ve saved a lot in there but i am being told it will take up to 90 working days to receive a refund.
I don’t know why it would take this long as it was not money paid to MYA but money put in my own savings account.
Has anyone else has this experience and if so, did you ever get the money back quicker? how long did it take and does anyone have a number for anyone higher up who I can call and discuss the issue with?
