Scar cream recommendations please

Hey ladies,
I’m 14dpo and the nurse has said I could start using creams on my scars soon, does anyone have any recommendations and when is best to start?

Hiya my surgeon reccomended kelo-cote-scar-gel-15g costs between 20-24 quid and I’ve been using it for a few months. It’s flattened my scars and lightening them. I get mine off a site called… living better with (which is basically targeted for post cancer patients) they have that and dermatix gel.

My surgeon reccomended kelocote over dermatix because it does quicker. One tube lasts me a month but thts because I have to use it on my nipples as I had them moved uo with a mini uplift.

Ur welcome hun I used it from about 3 months post op I think or 6 weeks at the very min I honestly can’t remember now. It’s not cheap but it’s made a good difference. U can get one with Spf in it as well but the site I order mine from doesn’t stock it. Fxx
