Scar creams?

Looking into all the different creams to help reduce the scars appearance and I’m feeling totally lost can anyone give mr any advice on what they reccomend or dont recommend please

My nurse told me to use bio oil every day, only once I’d reached 6 weeks tho x

I’ve just ordered dermatix, was recommended from a friend who had surgery and you can’t see her scars at all now x

I’ve been recommended dermatix too my friend used it on a burns scar and results look good so I’m hoping it will be for surgical scars!
