scar photos added from 6 days post op

As promised I have added photos of my scars from yesterday when I had the dressings taken off.
My right is doing really well (that was the one thats been itchy) but my left is a little tender and has a few other little cuts around it (not really sure why).

A quick question for all you post op girls.
Last night I had the most horrendous pain in my left boob which seemed to be coming right from the front (so my nipple and areola area) the pain lasted for a good 5 mins and I had to lay totally still and relax my arms and chest for it to go. Just worried me a little and CC (capsular contraction) was the first thing to pop into my head 🙁
Is that kind of thing normal? Is it just my nerves repairing?

Such neat scars! As for the pain I don’t know as I’m pre op but I’d love to know the answer too!

@Happyme im 1 week 1 day post op would it be ok to add you. I’d like to see if my scars look normal. I had to keep the dressing on for 2 more days on my right side but just taken it off now. I look at my left scar and it makes me feel ill. feels disgusting too. I also get that pain in only one side feels like you’ve been stabbed and then radiates out. I took some more pain killers but I’d try an arrange an appointment to see someone just to calm your worries x

@kjg14 sure. Add away and i’ll accept you! I’ve spoken to the nurse and she said it’s completely normal – just all the nerves repairing and coming back to life! xxx
