Scars 13dpo help!

I had an uplift which is lollipop scar 13 days ago and yesterday I had my post op check up where I saw them for the first time. Never felt so squeamish in my life!!! I have had hardly any pain, just a little bit stinging here and there.
They look like they’ve been butchered lol with about 3 or 4 tiny bits that haven’t been closed up yet. and the stitches bave dissolved now. this made me panic a little but the nurse said it was fine and put steri strips over them.
Has anyone had this too? How long did it take for your scar to fully close up and start healing? I feel like mine is taking ages and I’m being impatient!
Any info or advise would be great x

Hi rach im 2 days post op with a lollipop lift also. Not looking forward to seeing the scars, im squeamish and will prob faint! Did they say how long it will be before they are totally healed? Xxx

You’ll be ok, just feels horrible when she cleaned it and re dressed them! I’m getting my mum to clean and dress them next few weeks as I can’t handle it lol
The nurse did say it would take 3-4 weeks to fully close up and start healing? We just need to be careful for 6 weeks as it’s sensitive around that area and a bigger scar than normal boob job. Xxx
