Scars / bio oil

Hello can anyone tell me when you are ok to use bio oil or recccomend a good scar cream , I have a shiny patch appearance on the top of my boob , is this normal & will it go ? It’s not for my incisions but my actual boob skin area , Thanks so much x

I’m 3 weeks post op and I’ve been putting it on the top and sides of mine every other day for the last week, just making sure it gets nowhere near incisions xx

My surgeon has recommended e45 cream so I’ve been slathering that on daily! The shiny patch should go, I’ve got shiny skin in between my boobs but it’s slowly looking more ‘normal’ xx
