scars – post op girls

Hey ladies, I’m almost 6 weeks post op and my scars still haven’t closed properly at the ends, is this normal? They are still causing me some discomfort and even my sports bra irritates them, I’m not seeing my surgeon till end of the month but I don’t think ill be able to wear normal bras at this rate. Does anyone sle have this issue or how do other ppls scars look 6 weeks po? Thanks xxx

im 6weeks po on thursday and my scars have healed really well theyve started to flatten out and go smooth. i think they should have closed fully by now but it might just depend on the person xx

ive just looked and i dont think yours look much different to mine. they look theve healed nice xx

Hey hun sounds silly but have you kept it as dry as possible? No bathing, no oils no moisturiser etc? Maybe call your nurse if your worried though!! I’ve still not looked at mine although nurse said they were heeling well already at 1 week! X
