Second boob job, unsure on size

Hi girls, I’m having my boobs done for the second time I currently have 300cc unders. My surgeon recommended 440cc / 475cc, he said I could even go to 510cc but I feel this will be too big for me. I’m not sure which to go for. I don’t want to pay all this money to still feel small but also don’t want to go too big.
Has anyone had 475cc with similar stats to me?
Also any girls on their second boob job? What’s the pain like? My first was absolutely horrific!
I’m 5’7, 63kg xx

Hi I had mine re done 3 weeks ago. I had tear drop 315cc and went for 375cc round high profile. I wanted to be slightly bigger and have more fullness, without going to big.I found recovery really easy second time round, I haven’t felt any pain at all. i do wish I had gone a bit bigger but it’s so hard to tell. I am happy with them and didn’t want to go huge. Still got to wait for the final result as have read on here about the drop and fluff process which can also make them appear bigger x

It is and they change soo much! I’ll attach some pics from when I had mine done for you, I personally felt mine went smaller once they settled x

And here’s what they’re like now 9 years on! I’m a 32C, after my surgery I got measured at like 30E 🤣 x

Thank you! How’s your recovery going? I know you mentioned second time around hasn’t been as bad, did you struggle a lot first time?

I couldn’t lift myself up, brush my teeth, even picking up a drink seemed impossible for a week last time
I’m worried it’ll be the same this time round x

My first implants I had 18 years ago and was really lucky then to. I was told second time round recovery is a lot quicker as everything is already stretched and the pockets are already there.
I have been so lucky tho and not been in pain at all, I am 4 wpo today and feel like I had them done months ago. When have you got your op? X

Surgery booked 25th June! I had to give my implant size today and I still couldn’t decide 🤣 she said if I went for the 510 it wouldn’t give me an extra cup size just fill out the cup size more
So now I’m even more confused with what size to go with x

I think yours look amazing now Beth but i also had boob greed and wanted more haha! I’m debating going in for a second op but only cause mine have drooped since having 3 kids. Do you have any pre-op pics of how they were before your first BA? xx
