Second consultation. Recommended Uplift & Implants

Hi girls.
Had my second surgeon consultation tonight with Mr Mounir.
I saw Mr Netri last week and he said I need uplift and implant. I was devastated. I found him to be very rushed and not very warm personality wise.
I Booked a second opinion with Mr Mounir and he has told me the same. But he was so friendly, listened to what I wanted, and explained why that look wasn’t achievable with just an implant. I’ve come away feeling gutted but after a lot of thinking I think this will be the only way to get the look I want. I’m currently an empty C and want the fullness. I’m only 26, no children. So uplift came as a huge shock. I’m worried about scarring and now have to find another two grand to put towards it.
Does anyone have any advice or before & afters on uplift with implant? Love to hear from you

Hiya, this is the first time I’ve posted on here! Saw your post and it hit home with me. I had an uplift with implants when I was 26, and I have literally just had a re-augmentation 2 days ago (I’m 32 now). I’ve sent you a friend request so that I can send you a pic privately (if that’s how it works?!).
It’s the best thing I ever did and I really don’t think you can see my scars anymore. The healing time is longer than a standard augmentation but the results I think are worth it xx

Hi Christie, I am in a similar position to you and was quite surprised when Mr Mounir advised uplift on one side.
I spent a couple of weeks thinking and researching as I really don’t want a scar just on one side and had my second consultation with him yesterday. I was adamant I was just going to have BA but after 20 minutes with him he made me wobble and the insisted I took more time and now I have to go to Manchester this afternoon for a third (and final) consultation as my op is in a fortnight. I have seen people with worse sag than me get great results so for the time being I’m just going to have the implants and although it’s taking a chance, there’s no guarantees with anything as the results of an uplift are also unpredictable. I accept I may have to have an uplift in the near future but have to do what feels right for me now. I know he won’t be happy with my decision as he wants everyone to look as good as possible and knows he could get better results with the uplift but I’m going to stick to my guns this time! Whatever you decide will be right for you x

Can I ask how much your paying for an uplift and implants please? I’ve been told I need an uplift and implants because I’ve lost a lot of weight and my nipples are pointing downwards and not forward I’ve been quoted £6300, it’s a lot of money to pay but I’m just trying to see if it’s the same every where?

Hi Helen, oh as if you missed your train!! I hope you’re ticket wasn’t too much actually thought it was quite bad how late we went in, more so you! He did agree on the size I asked but he mentioned there may be excess skin due to not going bigger so now I’m worried lol! Can’t be as bad as what I already have so sticking with my gut! Seems as though he agreed on what you wanted too! Was nice to meet you, I always feel a bit awkward even though I’m dying to talk to someone xx

I’m glad he agreed to do what you wanted @joanna86 – it has to be your decision. It totally messed up my Friday but I’m glad I went up to see him, feel so much happier with everything now. I know want you mean, most of us are there for the same thing and we share so much personal information on here but put us in a waiting room and we all go silent! Hope it all goes well tomorrow, I’m sure you’ll be so happy with the results xx

Ladies I went to MYA and all they done was try and get more money out of me by doing the surgery in 2 parts so was Woking out more expensive I went to a private hospital and they said completely different all I need is a bigger implant!! Please get other opinions I was very unhappy with MYA
