Hi girls, maybe a silly question but would you recommend buying second hand macom bras? I’ve seen a few girls saying they had 2-3 and obviously being £36 each I thought maybe id look on eBay (a lot cheaper) so yeah just wondered Isit best to by them new? Will they be overally stretched second hand?
I personally decided to fork out for two brand new ones as I was worried about second hand ones being used to other people’s body’s! Sounds silly but I am very pedantic about a lot of things! Lol. I woul rather pay more to have a brand new bra that I know will do that job, rather than buy a used one that may have been over washed or stretched or whatever! Personally I think that’s just me, lots of girls seem to buy second hand bras and have no issues! I also bought brand new ones so I can return them if they don’t fit! 🙂
Also… These a 15% discount for MYA patients which is MYA2016! xxx
I brought 3 brand new ones and got the iBra which has a higher support rating compared to the standard Macom. They were £47 though! With the discount, I think in total I paid about £120. It’s a lot but I wanted to make sure I had the best bras considering the amount I was paying for the op! I don’t like the thought of wearing second hand ones – just because of infections and stuff… But I’ll probably be cheeky and try and sell my Macom afterwards & try and get some money back! ? X
Thanks girls! I’m with you both,I feel exaclty the same way and with the amount the operation is costing it makes complete sense to buy new ones! Was 2 enough? That’s how many I was thinking of buying?
I’m not sure Hollie, I go in for my op on Friday. I have three because I was planning one on, one in the wash, one drying kind of thing! ?
I’ve seen a lot of people only got two though but had to wear one for two days or something! X
