Second lockdown… ops going ahead?

My op was meant to be 2nd November but then got rescheduled to 19th November which is going to be in the second lockdown! Has anyone heard if ops are going ahead? I assume they’re not but just wishful thinking as this will be the second time of having to reschedule now 😫

I’m really hoping they will because mine is supposed to be on 28th November! 😕

Are you with MYA? I think it depends on which hospital it’s at as last time the private hospitals they were using had to be used as NHS Covid centres which is obviously understandable but it will still be gutting if it’s rescheduled again 😣

Me too! My first booked op (2nd Nov) was at a different hospital so I’m thinking maybe they were planning ahead by changing hospitals so they can still operate but I’m not sure 🤔 fingers crossed!

I was cancelled for April rescheduled for 11th nov… just my luck 🤣 I’m hoping it will go ahead but I don’t see how they can get around it. 🤷🏻‍♀️
I suppose we’ll hear tomorrow.

I am also supposed to have my operation in November! on the 8th. I messaged them and they said that they are just awaiting on information from the government and more details to know if they can safely carry on with procedures and such. I really hope they dont delay my operation any longer… Have they informed you girls of anything yet??

Ahh that’s great news Lisa! I have my face to face this Saturday and op booked for the 30th but my surgeon has said they’re waiting on guidance from the hospital (Harley Heath but not with Mya) – fingers crossed for us all too then 🤞🏽

I’ve got the email today that the op is going ahead at Harley Health Village! So happy it’s not being delayed 😌

I had my consult today with Mya at Wimpole Street. All going ahead for weds 🎉
I’m having overs 450 Cc but he’s ordering 425 too.
I’m 5.4 and 13 stone 10.

Do they look too big?!
He’s lowering my breast fold too instead of an uplift as I don’t want scars has anyone had that?!
