Hi , I had a ba 17 years ago. Had to have smallest size as was so tiny. I’m roughly a 34b but one side is smaller as I have scoliosis and I my curve has got worse over the years. My left side of chest is pushed out more so makes the right boob look smaller. Been offered 415 and 385 if that size fits if not 385 and smaller other side. I’m 5ft 5 and 8st 10 . Small framed but have spread round middle hips etc with age but still a 8/10. I’m worried the 415 will be huge and also will they be heavy as I suffer from back ache already. Scared I be to big but if I go smaller scares be to small . Was so disappointed after first op . The new ones will go under like the ones I have. I tried sizers but as I can’t remember exact size of implants I have it made it a little difficult to add sizers to add up to 415 so I said to surgeon I will rust your judgement . Any advise please

I think the 415 will be perfect and will balance you out if you have wider hips. I think you lose a bit of the size with unders anyway so the ones you’ve already tried won’t look similar to that anyway. I’d take the bigger ones rather than be left wondering what if and be disappointed although I don’t think there’s much in it anyway maybe 30 grams! I had 400cc on my first augmentation and has never given me any back problems I don’t think they weigh as much as breast tissue anyway (fat). I’m researching currently for my second ba and hoping to go 650cc ???? Xxxxxx

Thank you. I def don’t want to be disappointed again. When I had my first op I had lost a lot of weight and was only around 7 stone. These implants looked better then what I had but I was disappointed they could only get the smallest size in. I just hope this time round I’ve stretched enough to take the bigger one x
