seen surgeon, but want bigger implants!!

i met my surgeon yesterday, im having an uplift and implant. i’m currently a 34c cup, but would like around a dd.
he recommended an uplift with 210cc’s; these seem really small to me and im worried i wont get a desired change.. obviously will through
the uplift but i want noticeably bigger size too. i know the surgeon knows best, and hpefully he will increase the size. any advice?
