Self conscious

This is going to sound silly but have my surgeon consultation tomorrow and I’m getting my self so worked up about having to show him my breasts!! I know he’s the one that’s going to change the way I feel about them but I’m so self conscious about them it’s making me feel sick 🙁

just think he can make the just how u want I have the same feelings as u just don’t look at him in the eyes when he does what he does xx

I want be able to look him I don’t think!! Ill just keep thinking of that end result! I guess it wouldn’t even phase him he’s seen hundreds of boobs all shapes and sizes. Just getting myself worked up for nothing 🙂 xx

i would recommend taking someone with you i went alone to mine and cried when i came out as it was just so out of my comfort zone….now i show anyone my boobs! good luck hun! you will have so much more self confidence!xx

I was the same dont worry, I went by myself cos I didn’t want to get them out infront of two people I found that more scary it’s literally 3 mins at the most I had my consultation with me traynor and it’s what they see everyday and it’s so quickly over with I was embarrassed but just thought to myself it’s only for 2 mins and the miracles he’s gonna work for me is going to be so worth being out my comfort zone for a couple of mins! I felt exactly the same, I got so worked up on the way there I was in tears!!
My mum said to my the surgeon doesn’t see your breads like you do, he just simply see’s them as a frame work o a canvas kind thing like a painter would! Try and think of it that way! Like you said he deals with breasts day in day out! Try not to worry, this is he person that will make them perfect!:D xxxx
