Sending pics to people via Instagram?

Hiya since having my op I’ve had a few messages via Instagram about sending pics and requesting they don’t have my nipples cover which I always cover as I’m quite self conscious about stuff like that I also worry they are fake accounts if someone asks you, do you send them or Not? Xx

I wouldn’t, why would they need the nipples showing?! Xx

On here I have posted pics as is as don’t think anything of it but when someone’s actually requesting for them not to be covered via Instagram I think I’d be a bit wary xx

Someone was asking a girl in our whatsapp group to do that, so weird! xx
