Sensitive nipples

Ladies I need help. My nipples are so painful today, I can’t even wear my bra without it causing me pain. I’ve currently got a load of cotton pads stuff between my nipples and the bra to stop it hurting!

Is this normal for 2WPO? Can anyone recommend anything I can put on them? I’m so close to just taking my bra off it’s that bad xx

I have no idea what could help hun…maybe try soaking the pads in cream?? don’t know if it will work but it’s something I would try xx

Ahh it’s horrible! Got my bra off for half hour, dreading putting the thing back on 🙁 xx

Hannah have you tried nipple pafs for breastfeeding? Ive not had my BA yet but remember the pain while breastfeeding my 4 little monkeys it was agony. Breastpads and smothered in lansinoh worked a treat xxx

No but I might have to try that thanks Hun. Can I pick them and the cream up in boots? Il try anything, I was in pain all day at work xx

Mine have been hurting quite abit too this week, especially with the bra on! No idea what to try though!:/ xx

Mine are sore too. I think it’s because they are constantly squashed down in my bra.
I sometimes have to take the bra of for 10 minutes just for a little break x

I currently have numb nipples so thankfully soreness hasn’t quite set in yet but I picked up some silicone nipple covers from primark before my op just in case, only cost £2 so might be worth getting some of those?

No it’s worse than ever today. I slapped loads of sudocrem on it, seemed to help a bit. It’s like all the nerves are coming back to life at once and it’s killing! I take my bra off for like half hour everyday anyway, but today it’s been off longer than that xx

Aww sorry to hear that hunni must be horrible….I’m sure my turn is just around the corner lol. You don’t think about all you go through after the op xx

They do feel weird numb if that makes sense lol I’m 4dpo xx

Well I had them done Tuesday so that would be 4 days wouldn’t it? Xx
