Sensitive sore nipples

Hey girls!

What do you recommend for sensitive/ sore nipples. I am 3 weeks post – I know it’s normal but it’s sore !

Any recommendations?

I used a cream when I was breast feeding for sore nipples called Lansinoh. It instantly soothed… maybe that would help a little. I know it’s not the same thing but worth a try… sensitive nipples are a nightmare x

HI Anna-Marie, I’ve been the same, my nipple reck!! lol but I got boots own Lanolin Nipple balm, you will find it in the maternity section. Its really sticky yellow balm but it helps heal nipples, I used it when breastfeeding too. xx

I stuck a couple of plasters over mine, could not stand them touching even my sports bra x

Also putting cotton pads over them so they arnt rubbing against your bra helps massivly x

That helps but it looks weird hehe. So I have to flatten it down
