Sensitive, Sore too touch, Sunburn feeling ..

How long does this last for, Obvs these sport bras (macom) are really tight and doesnt help but My boobs are soo sore and sensitve to touch.
My nipples are literally that sore theyre red raw – Ive added cotton pads into the bra since yesterday but its just something else to irritate them …
My actual boobs arent aching as much its just this bruised, sensitive feeling xx

Hi Jun I can’t recommend the genie bra enough it is for post op too, I’m alternating between my macom and genie x
