Setting them free for an hour?!

Hey girls, I’m 6 days PO op now and my nurse told me to wear a sports/compression bra etc etc, but she said I can take It off for an hour a day- wondering if anyone else had this info? As I’ve heard loads of conflicting advice from surgeons saying no bras at all and others saying 24/7 wear! Just don’t want to risk anything..

Hey babe, I never wear my sports bra at about 1 and a half weeks post op I just stopped I feel more comfortable without and I find it rubs my nipples and makes them feel sore when I do wear it

Oo really? What do you wear instead (if anything!) ?
