Severe pre op anxiety/excitement

Soooo, it’s 11 days until my op and it’s literally all I can think about. I wake up in the middle of the night sweating, heart racing then I’m awake the rest of the night thinking about it.

Is this normal? I’m usually such a laid back person. I just wish the 14th would hurry up

@emmadd don’t worry hun I think it’s the same for all of us pre op. Speaking for myself anyway I was really anxious about it but my advice is to try b relax about it all and just b excited. Don’t worry about the procedure cos it’s honestly all ok and nothing scary. Keep the happy thoughts of having lovely new boobies…new bras etc. It will all b worth it in the end 🙂 xx

It will be here before you know it Hun, had mine Thursday and it just snuck up on me! It’s honestly nothing to worry about, it was such a lovely experience. Try and keep yourself busy so you don’t have time to overthink it. Good luck!! Xxx

im in on Tuesday and ever since I booked been on mind mind morning noon and night.
Esp the size will they be big enough etc

Ive even been ill where i think I’ve been so anxious deep down.

I think with things like this its fear of the unknown and fear of them not living up to our own normally enormous expectations

@emmadd hi Emma I got myself so stressed out before the op, couldn’t think about anything else! But now I’m 8 days post op and I wish I’d have been more relaxed and just looked forward to it. Everything went so well and everyone I’ve dealt with has been great. It’s just the lack of sleep after that gets you down a bit so relax and get plenty now, you’ll be fine good luck 🙂

I went with my friend last month for her op and there’s really nothing to it but I know when it gets closer to my op date I’ll be the same as you are!! I just keep trying to think of how happy I will be afterwards and keep looking at all the clothes, underwear and bikinis ive never been able to wear before but will when ive got my boobs xxx
