Sex and the gym??

Hey girls,

I’m only 5 days post op so nowhere near ready for either sex or the gym ha ha but I’m desperate to get back to both! :p just wanted to see how long you girls waiting until you were able to be with your partners again and also get back into the gym?? Xx

Sex within 3 or 4 days post op, gym 3 weeks

Same as Lisa for sex, but I haven’t done gym. I’m 12 days po. Xx

I actually really laughed when I read the titles cus I read it as ” sex in the gym ? ” haha !!
I’m pre op so don’t know but know my hubby won’t wait no longer than 2 days lol , I presume sex is when you feel comfy and my PC told me 6 weeks for gym xxx

Gosh well done girls for 3/4 days lol!! I don’t feel comfortable enough yet and I’m 5 days 🙁 I’m hoping being a week post op will be a turning point I’m hoping. Can’t wait to get back on the gym! God the things we girls go trough aye! ha ha xx

Sex about a week and gym 8 weeks.

I agree. One week for me I was just about ready. Defo not the gym though !! Couldn’t imagine lifting anything heavy and it is recommended you don’t bend over at all if you can help it xxx

Without sounding like a sexpest, me & my boyfriend managed the day after my BA hehe also went back to the gym 3 weeks PO & sunbeds (covering incisions) 4 weeks PO. Been a little naughty & making my own rules up but I just think whenever my body allows me to do things that’s when I’m comfortable enough to give them ago but obvs taking extra care at the gym & things! 🙂 xx
