shall i meet surgeon again?

Hey girls, I met with dr kazzazi on 4th feb, it was quite brief he explained 300cc unders is the most hes prepared to go and it will give me a full C cup from small A. He said I have a big gap and they may look quite fake so I should really think about the operation carefully. I have my pre op on 17th march, just wondering whether its worth meeting dr kazzazi again? He didn’t really mention anything about natrelles or implant projection, just said 300cc High profile unders and that was is, he didn’t even give me a choice of sizes either. Hmm any advice? xx

Hiya! yeh I didn’t really get any info on the other types of implants, he just wrote down CUI’s, are teardrops more expensive? Yours look great already btw, bet you cant wait for them to heal fully ! xxx

Oh how strange! I would go back and see him and say what kind of look your after and ask him to go through the diferent options with you 🙂 yeh tear drops are the most expensive but try haggle with them ( i didnt realise you could do this but seems like thats what most girls do) aha.. Its worth a shot anyways! Aww thanks hun im so worried they are going to be too small but im sure it will be fine i didnt want them to look too fake. They are so sore at the mo! Xxx

He has got a really good reputation and asked him about the dual plane technique or partials as I believe this is the best of both world for small girls. Unders I was told would look fake on my frame ( by three different surgeons), overs I would feel and risked rippling cause of thin skin but partials would reduce fake look and rippling at top but fill out at bottom?

But all surgeons say differing thing so who knows and I also think it is very personal to what you are!

hmmm oh right, he never mentioned partials just said unders straight away, I think I should meet him again just to talk over what exactly he is going to do and why ! he also said my nipples point outwards so ill have a gap because he’ll have to put the implants centrally behind my nipples obviously and cant move them closer! x
