Sharp pain in left breast after sneezing!?

So everything seems to have been going okay and then I sneezed earlier. I’ve sneezed a few times and sometimes I’ve just had to hold my boobs and I’m a bit scared but it’s okay. Anywho, tonight it was a sneeze I tried to hold in and if anything it didn’t really work and since I have had a very sharp pain in my left breast. It mainly goes down to my incision.
Sometimes it goes, but then I’m not even moving and it will come back and stay for quite a while. If I touch my breast I get the sharp pain going down to my incision as well.
I’m not really sure what I’ve done but I’m a bit worried (probably nothing) but it really is a sharp pain.
I’ve looked at the incision site and it doesn’t look open, it’s not leaking. I just have this pain. I can only describe it like when you actually get a stitch, but it doesn’t get worse when you breathe in. I could be laying down, sitting or standing up and I’ll get it.
I’m not sure if I’ve maybe torn a stitch?
Anyone else had this? Maybe might just call the nurse tomorrow for a bit of reassurance if it continues.

Hey @aaaangell sorry I didn’t see this yesterday. I didn’t phone the nurse in the end, itgot worse that night, seemed constant. But I just tried my best to sleep, and eventually I managed to. I did go on to realself to get an opinion and they said it shouldn’t be too bad and should resolve naturally.
The next day I didn’t really have any pain at all. And by the evening I could touch my boob again. So I just left it as it settled.
My friend said it could be nerves, but it was just so constant for ages I didn’t know what was going on. But glad it’s settled now ???? X

Thats great news im glad its ok now, everything is quite a worry isnt it, as you dont know if norm or not .. oh my.. my opp is tomorrow so have all these things to come.. xx

@aaaangell you’ll be fine! its so exciting. i was a bag of nerves when i arrived in my room, before that i didn’t really know how i felt, like i didn’t feel anything until i got there really cos then i know it was definitely happening!
