Sharp pain right boob

Hi Ladies, I am 4 weeks post op and today I am getting a sharp like stabbing pain in my right boob near the nipple it hurts if I press on that area & my nipples on both boobs are sore 🙁 my my recovery has been fine up to now.
Has anyone else had this?

This normal chick it’s just nerves fixing back together xx
