Ive been up all night in pain

My boob dosent feel sore when i touch it it feels lile its right in the middle behind my heart thata hurting. Sharp pains everytime i breath in

I have the same thing and it hurts to yawn lol

Yeah same here love and to cough. What the hell isit ?? Its killing me its the most pain ive had throughout the whole expereince x
