    Hi girls

Just wanted to share some info with you about post op bras, I’ve spent well over £100 at the moment trying to find a comfy bra that gave me total support but also looked like a normal bra that was low enough to wear with normal clothes. I found the Shock absorber bra to be the best, it’s from John Lewis and if you live in the Manchester area The Trafford centre John Lewis has 15% off them at the min making them £23.00 instead of £27 . I tried the zip up up ones from M&S but I felt that it squashed by boobs together and the size I was supposed to be didnt go anywhere near me. Suppose everybody is different. Xx

Just ordered four shock absorbers from ebay so I don’t have to keep the washing machine on constant 🙂 x

I’ve got 3 from debhams £27 each but well worth it lots of other girls like talk about the cheep and thin ones I love mine I had uplift n implants so that meant I needed something strong and hold me in place no matter wot I’m 14 weeks post op and I always wear mine in bed as when I sleep on side they don’t move at all end of the day we spent So much on our bobbies £27 is small price to pay for the best care for them x x
