Shooting pain / Bloating

Hi everyone I’m 8DPO and I was wondering if anyone else has had sharp pains as the stand up I only get it in one boob!
Or if iv been lying down and I go to sit up is the worst pain! Almost feels like a really bad stich/stabbing pain
Also how long does the bloating last??

Hi Katie,

Did you do under the muscle? If so, I had a similar type of pain. You don’t realise just how much you use your chest muscles! Just take it easy and it will get better with time. I feel like my bloating lasted about 12days – 2 weeks but everyone is different. Make sure you’re taking on enough fluids and eating well.

I had over the muscles yesterday and I am sooo bloated I think its the pain relief meds. Also hurts to sit up as the implants are readjusting to the new position after being a certain way for so long xx

Hi, I had my surgery on Wednesday and had 300ccHP unders. I am extremely bloated and I have been taking laxatives but they aren’t helping. I think this is due to all the painkillers as my doctor has now given me stronger ones as I was in so much pain! I’m also experiencing sharp pains in the bottom of my right boob but only seems to happen when my painkillers start wearing off! I think this is quite normal though so I’m too worried about it but it is very painful!

I also had terrible bloating until about 1 week post op but fine now – I’m 10dpo. I only took paracetamol and ibuprofen so my bloating wasn’t off that, the anaesthetic causes bloating too. Drink plenty of water x

I had mine done yesterday 450cc under in one boob and 520 in the other…
I have the sharp stab in my left breast just around the side and I am extremely bloated!

So strange that the boob with the most pain is the one with the smaller implant! I can move my right arm pain free easily but my left boob with the 450 implant is agony to even reach out! X

Hiya, I’m 18 dpo and pretty much pain free now, still don’t feel completely back to normal just kind of achey and odd sensations now and then. My bloating was ridiculous I literally looked about 7 months pregnant it finally went at about 12 dpo it was so uncomfortable what with the boob pain too and a solid round belly !!

Bloating is a pain and in my experience was gone only by week 3/4… no joke xx
