Shooting pain in one breast

I’m 3 D PO & I’m getting a shooting pain in my left boob & struggling to breath at times, I know this is expected but want it to stop & I really want my boobs yo start yo soften cos it’s the hardness that’s causing the shooting pain I’m sure, got my 1 wk PO appointment this coming Friday & can’t see any brushing around my boobs yet & thought I’d have atleast some tbh, I had Mr Netri & I’ve heard his scars are very neat but I can’t see yet ????

How long is it likely to last do u think? I know recovery can’t be rushed 😡 also when will they start to soften & will gentle massage help them soften & settle quicker xxx

Hi Hun nerve pain can be on and off for up to a year post op as can take that long for nerves to fix them selfs back up mine stopped at about 12 weeks and I’m nearly 6 months post op now and I’ve been getting nerve pain again these past few weeks nurse said it was my deep root nerves fixing them selfs now and my boobs went soft and felt like my own boobs at about 13 weeks post op Hun obvs everyone’s different tho it’s defo one long recovery process from start to finish. Xx

Hi I’m getting the same in my right boob I’m 6days post op and go for my 1 week check up tomorrow.
