Hi girls. Well my op is on Friday so I think it’s time I get everything I need sorted, i’m going to get my v pillow today, and to hunt down a good sports bra. I’m currently a 34b having 380 unders, mr kazzazi said to get a 36dd bra, the nurse said 36d. Confusing! Shall I go with what mr kazzazi said? Xxx

I’d go with what your surgeon said, as lovely as the nurses are they all seem to tell everyone completely different things xx

I would get both sizes hub, because of swelling, you can always take one back xx

I’ve got about 8 sports bras and literally only wear about 2 of them. Got the M&S zip up front ones but found they were really tight, good for initially after the op but quite uncomfortable on the incisions after a couple days xx

I’d get the bigger cup one Kirsty. I got a 36e for post op and bought the same bra in a 34dd ( 34 is my normal back size) last week but it kills my boobs with the tightness so I’m back to wearing the bigger one til they settle a bit more . I got mine from Debenhams, it’s the gorgeous sports bra in black , edged in pink and its soo comfy as the straps are adjustable too so the band doesn’t irritate the incisions. i was an a/b and had 385cc’s, i got a DD bra, which was perfect immediately post op, but once the swelling had gone down they became a bit big, so id get both 🙂 x

I’ve got a 36dd zip up front one, I have to wear strapping for a week so once the new addition arrive, ill go get some more thanks girls xx

When did the dd become abit big Lauren? Xx

ermmm I think it was about 2 weeks post op ish x
