Should i be wearing my macom?

Hey again ladies, quick question……. im 9days PO. Im not back at work for another 5 days – I had unders… should I be wearing my macom around the house for support? Ive not been wearing any bra as its more comfortable but is this bad? :-/ thanks xxx

I think u should for 6 weeks hun. I still wear mine every day and I’m 6 months post op. U can’t see it under my uniform in work x

Yeh you have to wear it until you go for your 6 week check xx

Wear the bras as much a possible ur find some times ur more comfy with it on sometimes more comfy with it off but u need to try to keep it on and sleep in it to im affraid…. think of it as an insurance for keeping ur new toys in perfect condition x

I still wear my sports bras to bed now at 9 months post op x
