Should I choose 250 CC or 275 CC? Very petite frame

I’m very petite 5ft 2, 45kg and currently a 30 A (maybe AA) my width is extremely small. I chose 250 cc at my consultation but starting to think I may want 275? I will be having smooth, high profile, under muscle. I want a C cup, is this likely with 250 cc ? If anyone has their experiences of photos that would be great as can’t find much!

Hi, hope you don’t mind me jumping on here as I haven’t had my surgery yet so can’t help with before and afters. Just wanted to ask you a question as I’m 5ft3 and 49kg barely filling an A cup. Which surgeon did you see? I’m seeing Mr Mileto on Saturday to discuss sizing ahead of my surgery at the end of next month. Was you given the option to go any bigger or is that the size you were happy with? I’m hoping to achieve a D cup but as I don’t have much breast tissue I’m worried I’ll be quite limited!
