Should I get a Macom breast BAND?

Okay so I already have my Macom bra, but I was looking around and came across the breast band. I spoke to one girl who used one and said she was told by her surgeon to use it however my surgeon hasn’t said anything to me but apparently the Bra helps the drop stage? I want my boobs to look natural so should I get one or would you say only get one if told by my surgeon?

Have you had your op? Do you know where the implant is being placed? I’ve got my op on the 16th November and had my pre op today, I asked if I had to buy a breast band which is advised for unders to help them drop but got told that MYA supply it on the day, so all I need to order is my bras. Hope this helps! xx
