Hi all,
I have gone back and forth between 270 and 240 HP unders and my surgery is booked for next week! My PS thinks I am having 240 at the moment (although he ordered both sizes). The thing I am struggling with is although I am small framed and slim (size 6-8) I am also 5ft 4 and pear-shaped! I can’t decide whether to play it safe with 240 or go for 270? Everyone on here looks so different with the same size ccs, it’s so hard to predict!! Have attached photo in case anyone had similar body shape before and can advise!! I want to look natural but I wear the “add two cup size” super padded bras and want to look at least that big under clothes. Currently 32A.
Hey lovely how exciting for you! The primark triple padded bras used to be my best friends hahaha.
I have really similar stats to you and my surgeon has suggested around 275cc/300cc either teardrop or high profile it’s so hard to decide, I’m hoping this gets me to at least a C! I have been told that by going under the muscle you do loose a bit of projection anyway, if that is any help?
I’d love to see some more before and afters xx
Hiya, I’m 10wpo and had 240cc hp overs. I’m a pear shaped size 6 and went from a 30a to a 28F /30E!! They are amazing and honestly the best decision I ever made. X
@heylivss Liv I think we have been wearing the same Primark bras – they really do give a boost, ha. However I found they still look very unnatural under clothes because they fill out at the sides yet I have no cleavage! ANYWAY… I’ve heard about losing projection under the muscle too. Wonder if this is true as my surgeon didn’t mention it? It’s the projection that worries me, the 240cc is 4.4mm projection and then the 270cc jumps to 4.8mm. My P.S told me I will probably not notice the difference but I don’t want to choose the 270cc and end up looking like Victoria Beckham in her WAG years… When is your op? x
@rebekah1993 Yours look perfectly in proportion, I imagine you’re thrilled with your results! I can’t wait to buy a new bikini! x

@rtancred Wow Becca! Amazing that they turned out so well!! So perhaps the 240cc will be big enough for me as I’m only aiming for a 32C (although a D would be nice). Would it be okay to add you as a friend and see any before/afters you have? x
@lou2610 Hey that’s exactly what I am worried about, are you thinking of high profile implants? My surgeon recommended teardrops for me but I’m so worried about them rotating, just don’t think it’s worth it haha. I love the look of moderate plus implants they have less projection and look really natural (from the results that I have seen anyway)
I can’t believe my surgery is in two weeks and I’m still so undecided hahaha, hopefully we will find the right ones at my consultation next week xx
Hi, i have my surgery on sunday!!
I am currently 34 a, going for 225cc teardrops. I am hoping to be nothing more than a C afterwards so im not sure how much bigger 240 cc would look. X
@heylivss I am getting high profiles and the width is 10cm and projection 4.4cm. I’ve decided to for the 240s as I I’ve seen lots of girls with 250s (barely a difference from 240) and they look like what I’m after size wise. If I had moderate profile I might go bigger but with high profiles I worry it will be too fake looking, especially as I am so narrow up top. I’m telling myself I can always go bigger when the time comes for a revision (hopefully not for many years)!
Hope you find the right ones for you, it’s so hard to know!!
Can’t believe my surgery is less than a week away, this time next week I should be mid-op!!!!! Terrified!
AHHHH how exciting for you, you’ll have to keep us updated. Are you in the May Whatsapp chat lovely xx
Hey, I’ve sent you a message I just need your number and I’ll be able to add you. There’s sooo many girls having an op in May its amazing xx
Hey hope you guys don’t mind me adding in ????
I’m booked for June 18th for teardrops 270-290CC, I’m a size 4 and 7 and a half stone but am SO WORRIED of the outcome? I’m still deciding of wether to even do it… do you guys have any before and afters?
Help a girl out!! Xxx
@rebekah1993 Hi hun, i am a size 6 too and have been researching like crazy what size to get! (Im currently a 32B). Yours looks AMAZING! Quick question, are yours HP or MP? Im really worried about them looking too fake on me. The picture you uploaded in the bikini is exactly how i want my boobs to look
Hi @darcdiane
Sorry to hear you are so anxious, I have been that way too. My first op was cancelled but has been rescheduled for this Thursday and I can feel the nerves kicking in although they are nowhere near as bad as they were last time – maybe I got some of the anxiety out of the way?! It is difficult to predict the outcome so to a degree we have to live with the uncertainty until it’s done! I’ve looked at lots of before & afters and I’m going for 250cc mentor moderate plus. Feel quite confident in my decision. I think anything under 300cc will likely be natural looking on a very petite/narrow frame…
Hello all, im a size 8 ,114lbs went for 325cc hp, 2dpo, still sore but got my meds. Surgeon will tell you as when I asked him if he can add 25cc he said to me that it wont look great on me so I think trust your surgeon as they know best! And Im happy with the result they are still rock hard but cant wait for them to soften a little.
I had my op yesterday and I was the same so undecided on ether 250cc or 275cc my surgeon wanted me to have the 250 but from what I had read everyone always wished they went that bit bigger in the end I said to the surgeon if the275 fits and looks okay then put it in but he at the time was unconvinced. Post op he told me he put the 275cc in and atm I’m not sure if they’re too big but swelling I’m assuming will go down. I would let your surgeon decide.
Hey Lou! I do suffer with anxiety massively so have been overthinking back and forth for such a long time but am so excited.
I live 2.5 miles away but am planning on going home after as I want to be in my own comfort. Xxx
