As its a manual job i would tell them. I had to tell mine, i work with children so theres lifting an things involved. Now i really didnt want to tell them as i didnt wanna find out there opinion but when i did they were all really supportive! Its just alot of people on here are still uncomfortabe after a few weeks so just so theyknow u might not be as active as usual id let them know.

yes i agree, i’m 2 weeks post op and still quite uncomfortable, mainly only left side that i’m havin problems with…i’d tell them to cover yourself…if anyone was to get funny about it you dont need to go into any detail just say…your doing it for personal reasons and dont want to talk about it, thats what i said, and my boss can be really funny…when he asked if i minded him asking why, i said yeah cos ones bigger than the other and found myself gettin tearful! he didnt ask anything else after that! actually dont think he even looked at me!! haha

def worth telling them, just incase x x

I definately agree you should say you’re going for surgery, whilst taking time off, you don’t even need to say what.

And my boss is a woman, and she’s being such an awkward B***H!!! Jealousy will get her no where!!!!!! xxx

id rather tell a man as they may be more leniant if a woman thinks shell have bigger boobs than me she might get jealous and be a bit firmer than him
