Should we sleep with sports bra on post 6 weeks?

Hey! I’m just wondering if we should be sleeping in a sports bra after 6 weeks or if we can sleep braless? X

I’m 12 weeks po and I wear bra to bed to be honest I can’t imagine sleeping without one, it’s like my safety blanket ?

I’m nearly 6 month’s Post op and still sleep in a sports bra. Given what I spent I’d like to help them not sag ?
