Shower/ massage

Morning ladies
Got my strapping off yesterday very pleased! Just wondering when everyone took their first shower? Think they said another week but can’t remember as I was titmotised ha. Also should we be massaging them now? Xx

I think shower is another week although I have been showering, just careful not to get incisions wet at all. I have a feeling massaging isn’t till 6 weeks but can’t remember? Will be asking when I get my strapping off tomorrow. How are you feeling? Must have been such a relief to finally get it off yesterday!x

Morning 🙂 after having the strapping off I had my first shower as soon as I got home. The nurse said don’t bath until the incisions are healed but showers are fine. I have a ‘power shower’ and it hurt a lot when I got it directly on my boobs. I haven’t been told anything about massaging them yet x
