Anyone else’s boob shrunk ?? 🙁 my sports bra is gaping and they look tiny now 🙁 also any advice on this would. E greatly appreciated … I was told I was having diff size implant in each breast to even out assymetry but when I woke up from the GA and got back to my room I was told I had the same sizes on both . Now I still have a big boob and a small boob 🙁
Hi Hayley,
Me too 🙁 I’m only 2wpo but they appear to be getting smaller by the day. I know this may be swelling going down, and the haven’t dropped & fluffed yet, but if they stay this size I’ll be having them done again!!!
Did you get the ‘drop & fluff’ process ever? It’s amazing how everyone’s have healed so differently on here. Some have been very lucky. I’m guessing at the six week point they should look like they will at the end result?
Hoping the fluff up for you still. Xx
I know it’s crazy how everyone’s totally different ! They defo dropped somewhat compared to week 1&2 as they were really square up to my armpit , Nips have perked up slightly where the implant has dropped further down the bottom bit as far as fluffing goes they are certainly round football like lol with absolutely no cleavage whatsoever – I had an enormous gap the size of the Grand Canyon pre op anyway so this may just be my anatomy ? …sigh .. lol but Hun I only noticed any nice changes the past ten days so keep an eye on yours I bet you’ll be super pleased !!!
I’m trying to think of it as a plus as there’s some really gorgeous underwear that only go up to a d/dd !!
@hayley292,
Do you find that all your clothes look the same as you did before? Mine do. I mean I obviously I used to wear padded bras, but at 32b before, and with only 300ccs in now, my clothes look exactly the same 🙁 Not what I paid 5k for! I did want to look natural as I’m really petit, but I still wanted to see a deference. I feel like a C cup right now. Grrrrrrrr.
Looking forward to some changes, actually I’m not even bother d about the plastic stuck on high look as at least at the moment it looks like I have some boobs lol, but they gotta fluff up more than this or I’ll cry. Have no cleavage right now as they are still very tight and non moving, when did yours soften up? Xx
Yes Hun I look the same as before with the big thick padded bras still look the same as before !!!! Did you have high profile or mod? I don’t think mine have softened really maybe a bit but they’re also non moving still . I’m pretty down today over them as I keep thinking what if one stays bigger than the other etc I’ve spent so much time and money already back n fourth to the clinic etc I really don’t want to go through it again .. xx x
I got a DD sports bra when I was 2Wpo, (the D bra just didn’t fit too small!) now I am 4wpo the DD sports bra is absolutely huge no support whatsoever my boobs don’t even touch the cups of the bra, it feels really saggy on me and like it’s two sizes too big! So I know my boobs shrunk. I personally think it is down to swelling after the op, then the swelling going down xxxxxxxxx
Yours look so big Vicky x
I’m really upset so far 🙁
It’s such a difficult process to go through the healing without getting axious about size, i was seriously the last person who was ever going to end up with boob greed as i was terrified they would end up too big for my frame, also if i had been a full c cup naturaly then i wouldn’t have considered a BA to start with but mine were so swolen post op (was an empty 34b) i was still squashed in in a 36F they were enormous but they shrank very rapidly once the swelling went down, i was fine with that it was actualy quite a relief but i can remember thinking no wonder people get dissapointed it’s emotionaly grueling coping with the constant change, mine went big again but very football looking i didn’t like them at all but they have just started to settle and soften now, im still in allot of pain from the bruising and ridiculous nipple sensitivity! and have over-granulation but im getting there, i actualy liked how they looked lastnight (except my huge gap) but im not going to appreciate them yet as i know they could be completely different again in a week, just try to be patient girls especialy if you had unders they have so many stages to get through xxx
Your e right Claudine but what’s getting to me the most is the fact I was supposed to be having diff sizes in each boob to even out the asymmetry but have been put in the same size in each :/ if it’s any condolence I am also still sore and uncomfortable !!!xx
I don’t know weather I’m being petty and should let it go or weather to follow it up the difference isn’t enormous but it’s there . Can’t help feeling like I was slap dashed as I was kept waiting to go theatre for six hours
Hayley i had a noticeable size difference but in order to fit 2 different size implants the diffence needs to be of a certain degree otherwise you could end up with the smaller one then being bigger, at my consultation with Dr Mounir told me there was a possibilty my size difference would remain after surgery because it wasn’t big enough to put 2 different ones in but on the morning of my surgery he said he would try 2 and see if he thought it would even them out, he did fit the same size in each breast on the day so my difference will probably remain too, they are experts in their field but still working with what we put in front of them if you trust your surgeon then im sure he did what was best for your final outcome, i have lots of pics on my profile if you want to add me, did you speak to him after? Have you asked your PC if there were any surgery notes made? Theres a chance he could have fitted 2 for you in theatre then had to replace if it may have accented the difference xxx
6 hours is a long time to wait! Thats annoying if not for a good reason but he might have had complications in theatre with another patient, maybe ask for an explanation for that xxx
Ah Hayley try not to worry about the different sizing! I had two different size boobs and Dr Traynor did the incision on the smaller side level with the bigger side (which makes no sense explaining it haha) but this helped even them out by using the same sized implants! I’ll upload the pik I took of the drawings so you can see what I mean 🙂
You can see the lines for incision are level/ in the same place but where one boob is smaller the line sits below the crease? Xx
@hayley292
I had high profiles hun, I’m not really sure what this bit does to them to be honest, but I did say I want to notice them rather than them look completely natural and flat ish. I completely understand how you feel as I’m literally talking to my partner about nothing other than how disappointed I am spending all that money and looking exactly the same in clothes. Yes I get that they are bigger than before underneath, but I’m not going to walk around naked for people to notice am I, I want to feel & look like I have boobs in clothes – which I don’t.
I also get that we are still in sports bras so nothing is ‘pushed up yet’ so I’m still clinging on to the hope that will a bit of dropping and fluffing and a decent bra, I’ll hopefully feel better.
But totally with you on this one, it’s kinda soul destroying right now isn’t it. Chin up sweetie, I’m sure we’ll both get there eventually! Xx
Hi girls just want to say I’m exactly the same:( I’m 2 weeks PO and mega depressed today with how small they look! I’m so hoping that when they ‘drop and fluff’ they will look bigger!!
I was so scared of them being huge but I so wish I picked a bigger size implant now as they’re getting smaller every day, I’m gutted! I just keep thinking of how much money I’ve spent for them to not even look that different, I tried my work blouse on today which was quite tight on me anyway before I had my ba, and it still fit the same which I was gutted about because that shows they haven’t made a big difference, if they get any smaller I’m definitely gonna consider going bigger as it’s doing my head in that I’ve paid all this money and you can’t even hardly tell! I’ve seen on here that other girls my size were offered bigger implants than I was so I’m quite annoyed about that too, def not happy at the min 🙁 x
