Sickness

Is it normal to be sick after surgery?? My op was 3pm yesterday. Felt sick all morning and just been sick everywhere 🙁 xxxx

Yeah its the anaesthetic and pain killers I was the same hun xx

I have felt sick on and off ever since, I’m 6days post op, I definitely think it’s the painkillers and not keeping on top of drinking water and eating regular stopped taking my painkillers yesterday only had one in the morning but might take a while to leave your system maybe xxx

I’ve felt sick constantly I’m day 7 now.
I had a antibiotic change because I was just throwing up after it
I still feel nauseous randomly on these new ones.
I have no appetite and barely eat without t coming on x

Yeah I’m scared to take them and scared to eat now xxxx

Hi yeah I was sick the day of my surgery & felt horrid until I was off antibiotics. Don’t be afraid to eat you need to eat good foods to help the healing process. My appetite was shot for the first week but I just ate little snacks of good food, it all goes back to normal though x x

Ahh don’t want to be sick again I hate it 🙁 xxxxx

Im allergic to Ibroprofen and cannot have anything with it in or im sick so that’s any anti inflammatory 🙁 god knows what’s going to happen when I have my op with no anti inflammatory!! x
