Sign off GP letter

Hi dolls, basically I have been stressing non stop two weeks. 2013 I was pregnant from my beautiful little boy when I was 6 months I did suffer from panic attacks of cause your hormones are all over the place however this was just through out my pregnancy. It’s now 2016. Any ways got a call today from Mya saying the surgeon needs to sign this off I am now scared my op date will be cancelled? Any advice has this happened to anyone else?
