Sit with no bra on

am I okay to sit around with no bra at 7 weeks..? it’s the only thing easing the pain not having something squashing my boobs haha

oh god yeah, I used to sit without anything on at 7 weeks for 4 hours was amazing, where as now at 10months I cant I have to have a sports bra on otherwise it feels horrible I like them being held in haha xxx

I was sleeping without bra every other night from 6 weeks, go for it, ENJOY!! X

I’m six weeks on Tuesday and had no bra on since 10:25 will put sports bra on for bed but sooo need a rest from sports bras xx roll on 3rd six week check and normal bras xx whoop !!!! Big night next Saturday can’t wait for bra shopping and a nice dress xx
