Size 12 Ultra HP ???

I’ve got a consultation booked in for my revision surgery and previously had 300cc mod plus. I have gone up a dress size and would prefer high profile for more projection- has anyone size 12 or size 12/14 had ultra high profile and can you let me know what you think of the result? Thanks xxx
