Hi Lauren, at your first consultation your PC will ask give you a few surgeon recommendations and then you will book your 2nd consultation which is when you meet your surgeon, your surgeon will look at the size of your breasts and ask you what cup size your hoping to achieve and he will tell you if that’s possible and what CC he reccomends you go. So just have a cup size in mind and he will show you a couple of size implants that you can choose and then you will see your PC again and try the implants in a sports bra, so i wouldn’t worry too much about sizes yet because you will get to try them in a sports bra and decide which size you prefer better, hope this helps xxx
