Size help please :)

Im 5″6 about 9 stone quite small frame with 32 c at the moment, does anyone else have same or similar stats as me? I really want to go to a e/f but dont want the to look stupidly big? Only because I feel there small even thou there a c i dont want to spend all that money to just go up 2 cup sizes to a dd…. Any advice please share 🙂 really dont want to regret this descion, also does under or over really matter when u already have some breast tissue? Xx
