size issue

yes I had 2nd BA 9 weeks ago. I had 700ccs 2nd time round this has taken me to a 32f/e. I would definately speak to your PC. At the end of the day a BA is a lot of money and you as a patient must be happy with the size you want etc. My first BA I had 340ccs (I was a 32a to start with took me to a 32c/d). I had both BA’s under the muscle which has hidden the implant a bit. If I’d have had the 700ccs over (if I’d have had the room) then I’m sure they would have looked bigger. A bit disappointed with size after swelling as they dont’ look massive. They have increased in circumference not particularly outwards. If I’d have had the room I would have gone bigger.xx

No i have seen 2 different surgeons and they both said that i dont need an uplift. You can just have a different style implant. One surgeon offered me a teardrop mx with extra projection, and the other offered me high profile. I have choosen to have the high profile, to give me back that bit at the top as i have got nothing at the top anymore, you can even see my breast bone! lol. He has chosen a 460 implant for me, but i am currently attempting to get them to agree to the 525! Keep us updated as to what they say. He referred to mine as droopy! how embarrassing, and then went on to tell me that my left is droopier than the right! xx

Hi Soniarobin, I’ve had 2 kids and breastfed one of them for 6 months but luckily don’t need an uplift. If the other surgeon says you’re borderline then that’s good news cos they’ll prob let you go ahead with just the ba. I’ve seen many pics of girls with saggy boobs where I would definitely have thought they’d need a lift then you see the end result and it’s amazing what difference an implant alone can make. Hi Lucyloo- and anyone else who has breastfed and ended up with saggy boobs!Have you also got to have an uplift with your implants or just the b/a?I cannot afford an uplift and harley street said I borderline for needing one but would have to wit to see surgeon to see what he says.I have only been to initial consultation with MYA and they didn’t look at my boobs so she didn’t make any suggestions but said it would be Dr.Singh who would be able to tell me.I am sooooooooo scared he will say I need an uplift cos we just don’t have the money and i can’t bear looking like this:(

Yes my boobs are fuller under the arms and bras do push them together..the 340cc’s were a bit wide apart the 700ccs have given me a bit more cleavage . I feel a 525cc will fill you out nicely especially having them over.. I think you will be happy with this size ..it really does make a difference having over .
From the back you can now see the shape of my boobs which does look nice due to the larger ‘circle” they have filled under my arms more.
Talking of children I had a baby 2 years ago and its soo funny when implants fill up with milk especially after birth they go rock hard!! I felt like they were going to explode!!! Never breast fed though as a few of my friends breast fed with implants and they rippled and went mis-, shapen wasn’t taking the chance!!!.The re-op was more money

Hi Emma, thanks for that. I do think you are lucky though, i would love an F. Im quite lucky because my skin has been stretched to an E from an A and back again thanks to my kids. I call them empty chicken fillets! lol. So ive got alot of skin to play with, i think thats why he said i can have them over. I am def going to txt my pc and ask if i can have the 525. I suppose if yours are wider when you have a bra on it will push them together and appear to be bigger outward. Thats what i want, id like to be able to wear a nice tight t-shirt and have nice full boobs. I suppose i have to remember this is your 2nd op. Was you charged the same for a re op? x x

Reason for 2nd BA got sooooo use to the 340ccs that after a few years I wanted bigger.
On the day of my 2nd BA Mr Singh brought a 615cc and a 700cc…I asked him to try and squeeze the 700cc in if he could. I specifically chose him as he is a big breast surgeon.(he did Jordans a few years ago). I am now a 32f however I am having to buy ”F” bras to fit round the new bigger circumference of the 700cc’s but they slightly peak at the nipple as the implants haven’t increased outwards too much. I find an E cup doesnt fit round the circumference bust part but the cups are better. 700cc is not that big on me as I had little breast tissue and small boobs at the beginning of my journey, on a larger busted lady they would look a LOT bigger. I still fit in most of my tops that I did with the 340ccs. I am a small frame 5ft 7, usually 8 stone but the 700ccs now weigh a few pounds,I now weigh 8st 4llbs -( i’m hoping the extra weight is the new boobs hehe),size 6. If I wear a jumper ,tshirt, etc they just look like normal full boobs its only when I wear a low cut top,vest top etc that my boobs look big. I think I was expecting huge boobs outwards. Mind you I had them under the muscle so they are hidden away!!arrg had no room for overs!! Definately go bigger if you have the room xxx

Hi Emma, Wow a 700cc, that sounds massive!!! Have you been measurred now? How big are you? I was reading today how big Katie price went to when she was at her biggestest and they reckon she had over a 1000cc. I wold love really big boobs, but i am realy quite small framed. What made you have a 2nd one? I did ask for the biggest he could get me and he suggested a 460. But ive since decided a 525, so i think im goingto txt my pc. Does the surgeon double check with you on the day or are they pre ordered?

Hi Rio, I know what you mean. I originally went to Little Aston- The spire ( a different company) Where my mom and aunty had theirs done. He told me because i was so small he would do me 280cc under the muscle and with mx tear drops. He told me that there was no way possible that i could be any bigger. My mom is only 5ft, to but about 9st and she had 410cc, and she is only wearing a c/d bra. So i was gutted and decided i wanted to look into a different surgeon. I went to see Mr adamo and he suggested a 460 and i bit his hand of. Lol. But that was his first option and he told me id be a dd prob bigger, but he wouldnt say in case i got my hopes up. I would of said that they would look ridiculous, but when i breast fed i got measurred at m&s and they said i was an e! i thought i was about a c tops. No joke me and my sister put a bet on before i was measurred. They really didnt look that big, my visions of an E is huge. But they arent. Always op bigger to avoid disappointment x x

Booked my breast enlargement for november just worrying about size now after reading different stories on the forum. I want to be a E cup i’m currently a 32b and having 410cc overs i am 5’5 and weigh 8stone4 does anyone think i’ll get an e cup or should i go for the 460cc ?

Hi Lucy, i’m exactly the same height as you, but I’m 7st 10lb and size 8. I’m having 350cc low profile overs. He suggested low profiles for the width as I already have alot of breast tissue, he said if I wanted high profile I’d need at least 460cc for the same width as the 350cc low profile. I just assumed 460cc would look ridiculously big for such a small height but I’m having second thoughts after reading about you, maybe it won’t look silly and he’d allow me to do it.

Just had a look and 525cc is the next one up from 460cc

Hi Emma, thanks for that. Have you already had your BA? what size did you have or are having? How do i go about asking for a bigger size now then? As i am booked in for 2nd sept. And i want to be as big as they can poss get me. I am really scared of being disappointed, and wouldnt want to have to have a second done. Do i ask my pc? as i want a 525 now i think?xx

Have you had a look at a 525cc. Its approx half a size bigger than a 460cc (125cc is classed as cup size approx). I’m not sure of the sizes between a 460cc and 525cc but for example if there was a 485cc (just guessing) then there would not be much difference between a 460cc and 480cc. I can only talk from experience but I would always go a little bit bigger as you get sooo use to your new boobs. xx

I had my 340ccs for 10 years. As my breast tissue had increased over this time I had more room for a bigger implant years later(this is what Mr Singh said).
When I had the 340ccs this was ”at that time” the maximum I could have. I feel having the 700ccs under the muscle (I had no room for overs) has made the implant look smaller so a little disappointed now the swelling has gone down. Unfortunately for me Until my breast tissue increases again I have no more room for any more CC’s!!!!! Arrrgh hehe xxx

Hi everyone, Does anyone know whats the next sizeup from 460? im just 5ft, size 6, 7 stone. Ive had 2 kids and breast fed and left me with an empty 30A. I went to an e when breast feeding and loved them. Want to be an E. Im booked in for 2nd sept at highgate with mr adamo. I dont think a 460 will get me to an E, and am thinking of asking to be the next size up, does anyone know what it is? Thank you x x x x

Hi Emma I see you had 340ccs under the muscle similar to me and then you moved to 700ccs. I had surgery 6 weeks ago and feel result was not as i expected. What process did you go through to go larger and was this change considered part of the original treatment?

Hiya. I was a 32a and had 340ccs under the muscle this gave me a 32c/D. I then had 700ccs (under)this made me a 32f/E. I would think a 525cc on a 32b would make you an E cup if you have them over….I’m not too sure a 410cc will acheive an E cup??….I’m no expert though xx

I am a 32b (empty) because of pregnancy, i am also 8stone, 5″3, i am having 410cc overs on wednesday and was told to expext to fill a dd, i have a feeling i am going to be an E though because mr singh is known for giving bigger than expected lol..
I think 410cc with deffinatly give you an E if your a pert 32b
