Hi girls, I am having a really tough time deciding what size to ask for. I have my surgery booked for 13th feb, I have another meeting with Dr Mounir next week to discuss sizes again as was offered 375cc anatomical, which I was happy with when trying on, but I really am worried that they are not going to be big enough. I want to get to an E ideally, I am currently a 30C/D (one slightly larger than the other)
Do you think realistically I will reach a full E? I really am starting to think that I should be heading more toward a 450cc, obviously need to speak to Dr Mounir to see if he thinks I can manage that.
Aargh this is seriously the hardest part, I’m finding it a little bit stressful to be honest, I just want to make the right decision. Any ideas???

Hey sweetie it’s somtimes hard to get your head the sizing of cc with implants ive had my head in all this since 2012 right 150cc per cup size so that’s 1cc =1ml or 1g so if your a I will say a C cup you will be a Full DD or just pushing on a Ecup but I will say 450cc is a lovely round off size I had it with my 2nd op did you get offered 450cc ? Xx bear in mind implants always look bigger when u try them on but under skin they will look smaller than wot they are xx

That’s exactly what I was worrying about! They will be smaller when actually in. Thanks for your advice, I think I’m going to go back next week and just see if he thinks I can take 450cc, he didn’t offer that originally only upto 375cc! but for me, I think it’s such a decent middle of the road size 450, I think at least if they are slightly on the larger side I’m not going to regret that, I WILL regret being too small.

I have 375 overs from a 30a and I wear an E cup, so definitely 100% 375 will make you an E probably bigger xx

See thing is with overs they are always bigger and round looking as with under the muscle the implants are incased in muscle so that pins the implants to the chest wall and hold them down So the implants never drop down much and don’t fluff out much as they don’t have much room but on the size front Jess go back and talk to him and find out wot u can n can’t have and take in his advice I’ve gone from under the muscle to over as my right muscle was latching on to my implant coursing CC and both placements look so diffent to each other xx

My surgeon said to have 370 anatomicals Alex as although they are a similar cc the width and projection is actually more so they wil look bigger, at the moment I have a really prominent ridge at the top so I guess I’ll loose that and it will add on the bottom? I don’t want bigger these are already more than enough for me im quite petite and don’t want it to be obvious, but if they do go under the muscle I would most likely ask for 400s yes…. Though when I did that first time round he almost refused to operate on me lol.
Jessica I don’t have pics up at the moment im waiting for mya to help me gain access to my old account, as soon as they do I’ll put them up hopefully tomorrow xx

Thank you, I’m not sure yet as my surgeon doesn’t work for mya anymore so kinda have to cross reference dates, will hopefully know more this week! I have natrelle soft touch at the moment, so was going to go for the same in anatomicals, but Ive seen a lot that they are firmer is that right?? Xx
