Sizes 375 or 400 unders!

Had my consultatipn tofay with Mr Marcellino (Very nice man). sizes offered were 350, 375 or 400 unders. He thinks I shouldnt go for the 400 as im quite petite and have a small rib cage. I really had my heart set on being an E cup, currently a small 32b. Has anyone with similar frame gone for the bigger size that their surgeons have advised? I dont want them to look really really fake… but I dont want to regret not going bigger! Also what’s recovery time like with unders? tia xx

Hi Tia I’m a bit taller 5 ft 10 and saw Mr Marcellino today. He said I should only do 375cc and 400cc as I’m uneven and anything bigger bigger he doesn’t recommend. He seems to want me to do the HP but I want very natural look so I went moderate + also unders. What type are you getting?

Same I dont think he likes the fake look.. he said to me if you go bigger you’ll get the porn star fake boob look! 400 was the max he offered but he doesn’t think I should get that, so it looks like itll be the 375, but then im thinking well 25cc wont make much more of a difference so maybe i should just go with the 400’s. I dont want to regret not going bigger… esp as theyll be unders and the pains a little worse i think. What size are you now? I think im getting high profiles, he didnt even mention any other options for me! what time was your appointment?! I was waiting for ages. was supposed to be at 3.30 but didnt get in till 4.30. was worth the wait though 🙂 xx

Hey sorry I missed your reply. I saw him on Thursday and had to wait an hour, but to be fair I didn’t even have an appointment that day they squeezed me in because I picked the op date that morning lol he apologised for the wait the lady ahead took an hour.
I’m 34c now but basically an empty cup size Because of breastfeeding.
Regarding size it’s a tough one. 375 is basically what I’m doing as the 400 in one breast is to make my uneven one even. I’m very tall and like 66kg. I wanted a DD cup but he thinks I’ll end up a DD. He said after that there is only 400 & 450 available so he’s ordered these too but they will probably be too big he said plus no 425’s so it wouldn’t sort out my even boob. He has ordered the 350 too incase. If he thinks 400 will look to big maybe he’s right but you told him you want an E cup so surely that’s what you want. Did he say what cup 375 might be for you? When you tried them on did they feel ok? X

It’s tricky I’m small framed up top prior to implants I was a 32 a and a size 8 in tops with a small rib cage but I am tall 5ft 9 so he did say I could carry off larger implants

Hey girls I had dr marcellino 375 & 400 unders ! I’m 2 weeks post op and I love them !! Defiantly would suggest going for bigger size as when they are swollen you’ll love them and have boob greed but remember they then settle down ! So bigger better I suggest I’ll upload a photo , I love mine and they may have a fake look right now as I haven’t dropped or fluffed yet 🙂 hope this helps xxx

Yes everyone is talking about this boob greed! I hope I will be ok with my side 375/400 as I think that’s as big as he will do. I’m booked for 10th January. How are you healing up?

Hey, honestly there’s really not much diffrance in the sizes! So I don’t think going for the smaller size will be a bad decision! I’ve gone for 350cc hp unders PO5D currently and I’m absolutely loving them! The recovery has been quite slow and painful for me but it’s the muscle your messing with and not just your skin so there’s always going to be extra recovery and pain involved!

Thanks for all of your replies! I deffo want the 400’s, fingers crossed he’ll be able to fit them in! I got measured at boux avenue and they said I was a 30c. Which I don’t know if I believe or not! Have my pre op on the 4th Jan, cannot wait until I have mine done!!! xxx
